corrupt company, present in all three areas. Downtown area is also home
to the Loonies, a group of mentally ill people who have taken over the
city of asylum, and the Yakuza. In a residential area, the gangs include
SRS scientists and the rednecks, who lives in a trailer park and drive
around in pickups with large Confederate flags.

special characteristics, cars, and behavior.
